Our projects range from $750 to $7,500 depending on what you need. A simple single-page site starts at $750. A multi-page business website with CMS and payments starts at $1,800. A full online store starts at $3,500. Every quote is fixed — no hourly billing, no surprises.

A Starter site takes 1–2 weeks. A Business Website takes 2–3 weeks. An Online Store takes 3–5 weeks. These are real timelines — we don't pad them, and we don't miss them. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Yes, 100%. You own your code, your domain, your content, and your design. If you ever want to move to another developer or host, you take everything with you. No lock-in, no hostage situations.

Small text and image updates are included for the first 30 days after launch. After that, you can sign up for a monthly maintenance plan (starting at $150/mo) or request changes on an as-needed basis. You can also edit content yourself through the CMS.

Yes. Our Maintenance plan ($150/mo) covers hosting, security updates, minor edits, and daily backups. Our Growth plan ($400/mo) adds content updates, Google Business Profile posts, and monthly SEO reports. Our Full Partner plan ($950/mo) adds ad management, A/B testing, and strategy calls.

Template builders are fine for a quick placeholder, but they come with trade-offs: slower load times, limited customization, ongoing monthly fees, and you don't truly own your site. We build custom sites that load in under a second, rank better on Google, and belong to you completely. No monthly template fees.

Upstate Web Co. was founded in South Carolina, and we work with founder-owned, solopreneurs, and small businesses anywhere. The web doesn't have borders — most of our communication happens over email and video calls regardless of location.

At minimum: your business name, logo (if you have one), the services or products you offer, and any photos you'd like to use. If you have existing copy or brand guidelines, great — if not, we can help write content. We'll walk you through everything in our discovery process.

Every site we build includes SEO fundamentals — clean code, fast load times, proper meta tags, structured data, and Google Business Profile setup. For ongoing SEO and marketing, our Growth and Full Partner monthly plans include content updates, GBP posts, SEO reports, and ad management.

50% deposit to start, 50% on approval before launch. We send invoices through Stripe — no checks, no cash, no awkward conversations. If you need a payment plan for larger projects, let us know.
